Mother's Day Service

A special service which was led by the "Messy Church" team was held on the morning of 10th March to celebrate Mother's Day. Hymns of praise, love and gratitude were sung with readings from John's gospel and St Paul's letter to the Corinthians being read by members of the team.
A technique of painting using variious household items was demonstrated by our own Jackie Hachett resulting in a beautiful picture of garden flowers. The theme of this was to highlight the gifts which we are all blessed with, even though we may be unaware of the impact they have on others.
