Holy Week and Easter Praise

Holy Week will begin on Palm Sunday with a service of Praise and Worship at 10.30am led by Revd Julie Ann Heath. Then in the afternoon at 3pm there is an invitation for everyone to join us as Julie Ann and the Messy Church Team lead us in "Hosanna Songs and Readings" for this special day, together with the opening of the outdoor Easter Garden. At 3.30pm we will enjoy Afternoon Tea and at 4.30pm a service of Palm Sunday Praise will take place in the Church.
On Good Friday we shall again meet in the afternoon to join in a "Time at the Cross" at 2.30pm with words and music for reflection and prayer. This too will be led by Julie Ann.
HE IS RISEN! Easter Sunday morning is an opportunity for everyone to share in joyful Praise and Worship with Holy Communion at 10.30am led by Revd Julie Ann Heath. Prior to this service our Easter Sunday Breakfast will be served at 9am.
The large plain wooden cross will be placed outside the Church during Holy Week, then on Easter Sunday anyone who wishes is welcome to place flowers on it.
All are welcome to join us in these celebrations but please contact the Church Secretary on 01332 862175 if you plan to join us for any of the meals as this will help the catering team.
