Presentation of cheque for £820 to Royal Derby Hospital

Members and friends of the Church kindly filled SMARTY tubes with 20p pieces during the period of Lent to raise money for the Oncology department of the Royal Derby Hospital. Several members of the Church have had connections with this department over the last few years so a method of fund raising was decided upon. A special presentation took place on the morning of 11th May when a cheque for £820 was presented to Megan Heapey, the Charities Officer for Derby and Burton Hospital Charities Trust.
